1. we will try our best, to offer buyer fastest shipping, like express, but sometimes, as express carrier change policy and price, we may not be able to ship out ( small chance), then we will need you to help us cancel the order, or pay extra shipping fee. if cancel the order, you can get all payment back, have no risk. and when cancel the order, please choose reason “other”.

3. to help you save tax, we will declare the package at a low price, less than 30 usd. it may be able to avoid tax, but we can not promise that. if your custom charge import tax, it’s buyer’s duty to pay tax and receive package. for this reason, if package can not deliver, we will not refund any money.
4. there are over 80 cards and pieces in the package, if less than 4 cards has small problem, please forgive me. if more than 5, i will send you replacement.

6. for Netherland buyer, we will ship by Netherland post mail, it is almost the same fast as express.
7. for U.K. buyer, we will ship by Yodel, it is very fast.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
